Today wake up actually want to go gym, after waking up feel so tired then sleep on the sofa then awhile back to sleep on my bed.
After waking up again, cook mian xian again, why mian xian? Cos only left mian xian at home. And some vege and tuna in olive oil to go with it. See the vege, looks so lustre, lol. Abit oily, but olive oil is good for health! Oh yah, extra virgin olive oil is better.

Went to Far East Chippy's for fried mars, it is a sinful snack, but quantity was little so it still ok, overall quite soft inside with ice cream and Hershey's dressing.

Cooked own meal today, e mian with dried mini scallops, fish, cabbages. The cabbages were cooked till very soft. Overall very bland, well that the purpose to eat light. Not appealing in appearance and taste.

I cooked own meal today... Porridge with brown rice mix with normal rice, gou qi zi, small dried scallops, fish... Garnished with dried mini shallots.. Ideas copy from Mer Mer....
No seasonings added, as the dried scallops are already salty... Total prepare time around 1 hour, I like my porridge to be like cantonese style, sticky and the rice is bursted out, lol....

Gym workout this afternoon, lucky to avoid the rain, the weather looks bad and once i stepped inside the gym, outside was raining so heavily...
Current only supplement
Whey protein, Banana flavour not yet opened, Choc mint left 3/4 free by my bro, Cookies and cream left 1/10.
Used to take Creatine, CLA, Omega 3, Vit c, but no more already... Whey protein is good enough for me...

Today woke up damn late, 3++ then rush to get my motorbike to be inspected at STA at Sin Ming, it just beside my house only. Just prefer STA than Vicom, Vicom always make things difficult for others one... Last last year, my scooter failed at Vicom then i just turn around the corner to STA and it passed, that explains Vicom eat too full nothing to do!

Cooked my own dinner, just mian xian and a can of tuna, damn easy to cook.

Went to school today and collect my hand knitted pencil case from Anlin. A month ago, I asked Anlin to knit 1 more for me as my old one is too small to accomodate my stationaries, so many colour pens to make my dull notes more appealing to read.
Thank goodness she agreed! So grateful!
I wanted a colour that is soil, sand, rowdy, dirty, oooh it fits the bill perfectly...
After school, I went for my groceries, bought some tunas, I kind of getting sick of plain tuna in water so I bought mostly flavoured one. And ice cream for cravings...

Gym workout this afternoon.
Today i saw the same lady again in the gym, with the same nose stud, the cool look.... Seldom see females use the machines resistance to train usually they be at the treadmills or at the stepping machines....
In the end she went to the weights area to train... Wow... nice one....
Another auntie whom i saw today also usually hangs around at the weights area...
More to go, wish to see more female bodybuilders around...
Females shouldn't just concentrate on keeping slim, thin and weak by starving themselves but should do it the healthy way, by exercising more and eating correctly and keeping toned up. For the latter, you will look more radiant.
