I cooked own meal today... Porridge with brown rice mix with normal rice, gou qi zi, small dried scallops, fish... Garnished with dried mini shallots.. Ideas copy from Mer Mer....
No seasonings added, as the dried scallops are already salty... Total prepare time around 1 hour, I like my porridge to be like cantonese style, sticky and the rice is bursted out, lol....
