I am finally back from the gruesome period of preparing my exams. Finally, my exams are over. Eating bread almost everyday while revising. I am lacking of nutrition. Time to hit the gym once again! Protein loading phase.
I have not visit the gym for 3 months, lacking of momentum again, need to slowly gain back my strength. This time round will focus more on low body fat level, more on cutting rather than bulking.
