Went to gym yesterday, first exercise is decline benchpress since no one is using it. Total weight is around 50kg, when I lift it up, a "crack" sound came out from the back of my neck. The pain is unbearable and i stayed on for another 15 mins and left. Wrong posture, I shouldn't have lift up my neck when lifting up the weights.
Doctor advise no gym workout for 2 weeks.
Slightly better now after some medicine and a long sleep.
