Gym in the morning before work. Have not been to the gym since Monday as I finally found a job!
Went to the gym on Tuesday after work but it was so packed inside till I dropped the idea of having a workout.

Just bought 2 Whey protein online. Daily intake of protein is just not enough, need to supplement with these stuffs. Vanilla ice cream and delicious strawberry flavour.

Gym in the morning as usual at YCK. Went to Woodlands gym in the afternoon, the place is abit smaller than YCK and some machines are spoilt. Not much people at Woodlands gym.
After 1 hour, went over to the stadium and played badminton with Sc, Yusheng and Phoebe.
